About Us

Creative Partnerships

Creative Partnerships, Kent is an arts funded body run by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. The intention of Creative Partnerships is to return creativity and innovation to education, using practising artists to work alongside students and staff to build capacity and sustainability in new approaches to the curriculum.

We have been involved with CPK projects from the outset; from a music based "Europhonix" performance on the railway to art, dance and drama projects such as "See wha I'm saying" with Vayu Naida. Students and staff have benifitted from working with a range of artists in residence who have offered us fantastic opportunities for developing new ideas and approaches. We have recently become a School of Innovation, committed to working with local schools and partnered with St Saviour's Junior School, Westgate to further change the way we view and deliver the curriculum and learning experiences for students. {I will give school of innovation bid to you via email when next in}

Material from a number of the projects we have participated in is available on this website. Please use the links below to find out more and to view the results of our students efforts.
