It’s official, this year we have had fantastic GCSE and A Level results.
In fact these are the best ever exam results that the College has ever had. GCSE scored 57% 5A-C overall, beating last year’s record results. Read more

Over 70 young at heart dancers joined us for a summer tea dance
Tea and cakes accompanied dancing for mature members of our local community at our recent Summer Tea Dance. Read more

This year the Quartet in the Community schools celebrated Week 53 (celebration of Study Support) with a trip to Dickens World in Rochester. Read more

Summer Fayre sees… Scorching Sun & Blue Skies with occasional soakings
The sun blazed and the thermometer soared into the high twenties as eight 6th form Leisure Studies students set up the Summer Fayre on the last Tuesday of term. As well as helping them complete their A level course, the event was designed to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Read more

Grease is the word
All of our performing artists excelled themselves with their summer production of the hit musical “Grease”. Months of planning, set building, costume sewing and rehearsing culminated in five sensational performances to a total exceeding 850 people. Read more

HTC@50: The Reunion
Hartsdown finished its fiftieth anniversary year in some style with a reunion party at the school. The celebrations started early with tours of the school for over a hundred old boys and girls. Read more

Successful Careers Education recognized
Every year, the College undertakes a thorough check to establish its ability to provide IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) to our young people. Read more

Quartet News—QIC Celebration
On Tuesday 21st October the QES celebration event at the Quartet Allotment went really well. We had approximately 50 people attend - Quartet partners, families, press and those who have helped the Quartet so far. Read more
